Please note that our order cut off for all Bespoke and Custom orders to guarantee arrival before Christmas is September 30th.

While we will continue to accept orders after this date, we cannot guarantee their completion in time for Christmas. Orders placed after this will incur an increased production time frame. During the months of November, December and January, there will be an increase crafting timeframe of up to 14 weeks.

This is to account for the closure periods of our partner manufactures and suppliers. Please note, this production time frame excludes our holiday closure period outlined below. We will be closed from the 22nd December and reopen the 6th of January, for a well deserved break. Please reach out to our team if you require further support about crafting timeframes here.
