01 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your beautiful ring.
02 Computer Aided Design
If you have chosen a bespoke ring from our Signature Range, you will receive a computer aided design (CAD) within 2-3 weeks of placing your order, for your approval. Please note, if we do not receive your approval after 3 days, your order will automatically move to the production phase.
03 We Craft
Proudly crafted in Australia, each ring is created with intention, unrivalled craftsmanship and most importantly passion. Due to the volume of rings we anticipate will be in crafting, the turnaround for your order will be up to twelve weeks (excluding our holiday closure period, from 22nd December - 8th January, where crafting does not take place). You will be informed of the status of your ring at each step.
04 Forever Yours
Upon your ring's completion, you will receive communication from us. You can then arrange a collection or you will receive your tracking number and your ring will leave our hands to yours forever.

For our Ready To Wear Collection, yes. If you choose to co-create a ring from our bespoke Signature Range, it will be crafted to order based on the specifications you have chosen.
Yes - create your dream ring at 20% off via our Signature Ring Builder. With our design, you lead the way choosing each intricate detail of your ring. This includes metal type, gemstone size, band width, melee stones and more.

Still looking for your dream ring? Co-Create a Bespoke Piece via our Signature Ring Builder and customise our Signature Range until your hearts content.
Our carefully curated Signature Range is bespoke, made to order within 12 weeks. If you are purchasing one of our Ready To Wear pieces, please allow 2 weeks for this item to be resized, if it is not your correct size, before being dispatched or a collection being arranged.
Yes - working with international customers is something we do very frequently and the process is just as seamless. Visit our website or get in touch to book a virtual consultation. We also offer complimentary express-insured shipping on all orders globally.
Absolutely - our sale is inclusive of the entirety of our Signature Range and only excludes Custom Designs.
Our complimentary ring sizing kits are equipped with all the tools and instructions you need. You can use this ring sizing tool from the comfort of your own home, and create your dream ring with confidence. If your ring is not the correct size, we provide one complimentary resize within the first 6 months of purchase, inclusive of 4 sizes up and 4 sizes down.
Yes - you will receive communication from our team throughout the entire process of us crafting your piece. Upon completion you will also receive communication from our team - we will include any relevant shipping information or support you in arranging a time to collect your beloved design.
