What to Expect at Your Showroom Appointment
As you eagerly countdown to your appointment at our flagship Brisbane showroom in Newstead, now is the perfect time to learn about what you can experience at a consultation with The Moissanite Company.
We know that buying an engagement ring is a huge decision, and everyone's journey is different. That's why our showroom is open by appointment only, with our consultations designed as a relaxed and intimate experience to learn more about our rings, and help refine your ring design.
You're welcome to attend on your own, or bring along your partner, friend or loved one and enjoy a 45-minute consultation while sipping champagne, tea or coffee. You'll be the only clients in the showroom for the duration of your appointment, and will be able to view and try on our entire range with the undivided attention and assistance of one of our friendly jewellery consultants.
All appointments are free of charge, and absolutely obligation free - there is no pressure or requirement to make a decision or purchase on the day.
While we always endeavour to have a wide variety of our styles in stock at the showroom, we don't have every style in every size and specification available (if we did, we'd have nearly 500 rings!). Part of our commitment to sustainability, one of our core values, includes not mass-producing styles so we can tread as lightly as possible on our planet, and we appreciate your understanding of this.
Before your appointment, it's always good to think about a few things that will help us guide your appointment:

- Any styles or stone shapes you like
- Any questions you have (feel free to write them down!)
During your consultation, we take notes on particular styles or selections you've gravitated towards or decided on, and after your appointment, we will email you with these details to have in writing for when you're ready to order your forever ring.
